Star fruit juice
- ½ kg star fruit
- 2 cups water
- Sugar and salt to taste
Wash and slice the
star fruit. Discard the seeds. Cut each slice into 4 pieces.

Place the star fruit and
the water in the jar of a mixer. Blend for 30 seconds or more if needed.
Strain, mix in the salt and sugar. Keep in the refrigerator.

Finally: Fill one-third of glass with crushed ice and pour in
the juice before serving.
