- 450 g(1lb) hilsa steaks
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 green chilies
- ¼ cup cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Making Method: Combine the ground spices, mix in ½ cup if water.
