4 sticks 2.5cm piece cinnamon
2 tablespoons crushed garlic
1 cup yogurt
1 cup sliced oinion
1 cup cooking oil
1 tablespoons coriander seeds
salt to taste

Cut the meat into 250g
(1/2lb) piece. In a saucepan place the meat, chillies, ginger, garlic oinion
and Coriander.
