- Self-rising flour

to Make It
Step 1
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken in
an exceedingly shallow dish or zip-top bag, and add milk. cowl or seal, and

Remove chicken from milk, discarding milk. Dredge chicken
in flour.
Step 3
Pour oil to a depth of one 1/2 inches in an exceedingly
deep cooking pan or Dutch oven; heat to 360°. Add chicken, a couple of items at
a time; cowl and cook half dozen minutes. Uncover chicken, and cook nine
minutes. flip chicken; cowl and cook half dozen minutes. Uncover and cook five
to nine minutes, turning chicken the last three minutes for even browning, if
necessary. Drain on paper towels.
