Green mangoes sherbet

  • 2 medium-sized green mangoes
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Ice cubes and green food color


 Peel the mangoes and great just the green pulp. Do not grate the stone.

Soak the grated pulp in 1 cup of water for 15 minute. Put in a squeezer (or mixer) with water, press and save the mangoes juice.

Dissolve sugar in the juice. Add a pinch or a few drops of green color and refrigerate.

Before serving add ice cubes
