Thick lentil
- 1 cup red lentil
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- ¼ teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 green chilies
- Coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
Combine the ingredients
in a saucepan. Mix them well. Add 3 cups of water cover and cook over moderate
low heat for 30 minutes.
