Mixed vegetable Niramish

· 100 gram green papaya 1
bay leaf
· 100 gram palwals 1
teaspoon panchforan
· 100 gram white-gourd ¼
cup cooking oil
· 100 gram aubergine ½
teaspoons ground turmetic
· 175 gram pumking ½
teaspoons ground powder
· 2 green bananas ½
teaspoons ground coriander
· 2 pared green
chillies ½
teaspoons ground cumin
· 1 teaspoons lemon
juice ½ teaspoons ground
ginger
· 2 tablespoons slice
onion ½ teaspoons crushed garli
c salt to
taste
Peel and cut the vegetables into cubes. in a saucepan place in
papaya, palwals, bananas, white-gourd, salt amd ground spices. Add water to
cover the vegetables. Cook over a moderate heat.when vegetables are
half-cooked, add the aubergine and Pumpkin. Cook till the vegetables are soft.
Add sugar and lemon juice.

In a saucepan heat the oil.put in the panchforan,bay leaf, oinion,
garlic and green chilies, stir and fry till the onion are brown,add the
vegetables, simmer for 1 minute.
Finally: Serve hot with boiled rice or chapati.
