Tomato chicken curry
6-8 servings
- 1x 1.5 kg (3 lb) chicken
- ¼ cup finely chopped
onion
- 4 tomatoes, roughly
chopped
- 2 teaspoons ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ground
turmeric
- 3 green chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon sliced onion
- 2 tablespoons coriander
leaves
- ½ cup oil
- Salt to taste
Remove
skin and cut the whole chicken into 12 pieces ( 4 piece thigh plus drumstick
and 6 pieces of breast).Talking out the meat discard the bones. Make 2.5 CM
(1") Cubes of the meat.

Heat the oil in a frying pan.Put in the cumin,Stir add the sliced onion and fry till golden brown. Add the mixed chicken and stir-fry. When the water has evaporated and the copped coriander leaves.remove from heat.
Finally:Serve hot with boiled rice
Khichuri, pulao, chapati or parata.
