- 4 cup sliced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons ginger paste
- 2 sticks 2.5 cm piece cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 black cardamoms
- 2 tomato, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup cooking oil
- 1/3 cup dry prunes
- Salt
to taste

Heat the oil. Fry the onion light brown, add the
chicken, garlic, ginger, cinnamon and cardamom. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add the
tomatoes, paprika and salt. Stir and fry until tomatoes are reduced to a pulp. Add
the prunes, cover and simmer over very low fire until the prunes are softened.
Finally: Serve hot chapatti, parata, pulao or boiled rice.
